Inco Goro Tailings Facility: Sustainable Mine Development in New Caledonia
The Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal (WICET) is a major infrastructure project at Gladstone Port, Queensland, designed to increase coal export capacity and facilitate economic growth. Flagstaff Consulting Group was engaged as the Independent Engineer to certify key project obligations under the Lease Agreement (GPC & WICET) and Framework Deed (State, GPC & WICET), ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and practical completion.

Flagstaff provided an independent assessment of project compliance, CAPEX validation, and milestone tracking, ensuring that the project met contractual obligations and aligned with the Terminal Master Plan (TMP).
