MRPV - Transaction and Strategic Advisor

The Suburban Roads Upgrade (SRU) is a transformative program aimed at improving Victoria’s suburban road network, including road duplications, widening, and long-term maintenance. Originally structured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), the program was restructured into a Program Delivery Approach (PDA) to allow projects to be awarded progressively to pre-qualified contractors.

North East Link - Transaction and Management Services

The North East Link (NEL) is Victoria’s largest-ever road infrastructure project, with an estimated cost of $17 billion. It will complete the missing link in Melbourne’s orbital freeway, connecting the upgraded Eastern Freeway to the M80 Ring Road. The project includes Victoria’s longest twin road tunnel (6km) and a dedicated high-speed busway along the Eastern Freeway.
