Southbank Cultural Precinct: Master Plan & Business Case

The Southbank Cultural Precinct Redevelopment is a $500M master plan aimed at revitalising Melbourne’s premier arts precinct. The project includes upgrades to Hamer Hall, Theatres Building, public plazas, pedestrian promenades, and the development of a new cultural space on the YMCA site, integrating the existing Ballet Centre Building.

Our Role

Flagstaff Consulting Group was engaged as the Project Director to oversee the whole-of-government planning study and prepare the business case submission for State budget funding.
