Clive Moore

Clive consults across a variety of industry sectors, involving initial concept, then through to design, construction and installation with a focus on ongoing operation, where  physical assets are required to operate safely , precisely as designed and be capable of sustaining optimum reliability and safety and meet the business objectives.

Clive’s engineering career extends over many years, initially working on large engineering construction projects and maintenance shutdowns and turn arounds with local and international resources and energy companies.  Further career experience was gained from employment in manufacturing (including maintenance) management of production facilities for sophisticated aerospace and precision automotive components in Australia and overseas, with international companies such as Boeing and PBR Chassis Brakes. This work also involved application of Lean Manufacturing and other tools including JIT, OEE, six sigma and the Toyota Production System.
